Emily Rose Hastie recently appeared on ABC's Portrait Artist of the Year, taking on the challenge of painting an unseen Australian celebrity in just four hours. Her subject turned out to be Dannii Minogue. Working live alongside a room of fellow artists, with no reference beyond the sitter in front of her, it was a fast and unforgettable experience.
